  2. try eating plenty of pasta and try a weight gain shake like mass tech pro (1000 calories)or to make a home made one like a peanut butter shake (1060 calories) you can find the recipes if you type in high calorie shakes on google ive been switching between the two f them and in 2 weeks i have gained 6 pounds if that's what your looking to do i hope this will help you.

  3. An entire bloomin onion and a burger from Outback Steakhouse will do it.

  4. Unless your Michael Phelps or some other athlethe this is NEVER okay...its better to spread meals apart because when you overload your system then stop eating for like 6 hours your metabolism slows down why can't you just reduce the size of the meal by having some for lunch, and the other half for dinner (which is still too many calories) try reducing your meal calorie total by reducing fat content, opting for a diet drink, etc.
