  1. Glen J is so ******* wrong.

If you  want to take this seriously, read this first, is a guide from the sixties (with the 60s doses).

    have a good trip.

  2. Easy- don't do it at all.

  3. Program yourself to, and definitely have a sitter. I would recommend not doing it for the first time in a party setting because people might try to mess with you, and even if they don't the external stimulation overload in an unfamiliar setting can turn and experience from euphoric to dysphoric pretty quickly.

My best advice would be to try it with a trusted sober friend in a comfortable environment when you're not stressed, depressed, or otherwise troubled, in the early evening, after "programming" the trip. Tripping, like dreaming, involves stimulus incorporation. Ever work all day and then dream about being at work, or watch a scary movie and have a hellish nightmare? Spend the day before in good company, hiking through the woods, watching movies you love, or reading a good book to give your mind some positive experiences to buffer any worries you could have that could turn the trip negative.

If you're worried and haven't had a lot of experience with psychoactives, "drug-proof" your house. Your sitter should be able to take care of most of this for you, but it's relaxing and worry-soothing to make sure that anything an intoxicated person could fall over, swallow, hit their head on, or otherwise injure themselves with is out of your range.

Have some good music on hand. I love to listen to darkwave and ambient when I'm tripping (Collide, the Vortex/Xetrov album is my all-time favorite acid music- look up "Wings of Steel" if you've never heard them), but then again, I normally love industrial and darkwave to begin with. Pen and paper is also a good thing to have around, in case you suddenly feel creatively inspired or want to doodle. Don't worry too much about trip toys your first time, just enjoy yourself.

Have fun, good luck, and be safe!

  4. it all depends on your set and setting

make sure that you are around ppl that you trust

    and feel comfortable around

the state of mind your in is also important, for example

if your sad, happy, depressed, scared, if your going through

    some hard times...

the last one would be to... NOT resist the trip from taking over, alot of the times ppl want to feel like they are in control when there not... and that causes them to get scared.. the best thing to do in a situation like that is to just "surrender" to the trip and remember that it will end and your not going to die no matter what you think..

just remember that no one has ever died from taking lsd (even huge amounts)

Edit: ppl jumping out of buildings while under the influence of lsd is a myth that was used in propaganda from the 60's created by the government in order to scare ppl from trying it

  5. When you are as high as a kite, look where you are walking and try to stay sure footed. You shouldn't have any bad trips involving broken ankles or worse then.

You may even want to put the delusional belief you can fly while you are high to the test. May I suggest you try and raise from the ground rather than jump off a great height. if you succeed in flying you won't trip as long as you gently lower yourself down afterwards.

Whiteboi357 is correct that no one has directly died from taking LSD. However people have indirectly died as a result of taking it from jumping off buildings beleiving they can fly, stupid accidents because they are out of it and commiting suicide after having a really bad experience.

    Hope this helps.

  6. the chances of having a good trip on LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide)

are very slim.  even if you do have a good trip on the drug eventually you will have a bad one even if you do not take LSD.  LSD stores in the spinal column and anything can trigger it to come out.  crakcing the spine, bending over, ect.
