How to have a personal 2 minute chat with sachin tendukar? is this possible?

one of my friend is sachin tendulkar's fan and has a ambition to atleast say hi to sachin.. as a friend i m trying if this is possible at all? anyone can help?

pretty much it was through freinds of freinds of freinds, but he got to visit Sachin in his HOTEL room and talk to him for TEN MINUTES
