people say that i'm very charismatic but in reality i'm really shy, quiet, and very pessimistic. as a kid, i love watching stand-up comedians and politicans making speeches on tv and i admired them because they're so confident talking, up on stage. i used to be really bad in public speaking but i started practicing speaking in front of a mirror. i practiced delivering monologues and speeches in front of a mirror for almost 7 years and after all that practice, i have just recently won a speech contest in my school.

i suggest that you practice talking in front of a mirror or go to a public speaking workshop. attending a workshop helps a lot but its expensive. another way is to volunteer being a host for parties and try talking as much as you can. i believe that someone is charismatic when a person can strike up a conversation and talk about it well.
