How to have only 1 color stand out in a pic??

Question

u guys know those pics where say...its a girl wearing read and white and gray and her hair is brown

and then after she does something to the pic, everything is black and white, except the red parts and they are red

how do u do that??

You need a program that alters photos such as photoshop. If you have photoshop there are a couple ways to do it, but it requires you to be pretty familiar with the software... There are online tutorials.... Here is one with a video screen shot... it is pretty awesome

in photshop It's all in the layers. Create a layer from the background. Go to effects and turn that layer black and white. Then Choose your eraser and erase the part that you want colored. You are actually erasing the black and white layer in parts and the color layer below is showing through.
