As long as protection is used for anal or vaginal intercourse the negative partner will be safe. Oral s*x is not as big a risk, condoms can be used if a person is very scared, but unless the partner preforming the oral has open sores in their mouth the risk is minimal.

There are a lot of other ways to enjoy each other as well, massages, the use of "toys", mutual masturbation to name a few.

Just make sure you properly use a condom. I don't know about oral so you'd probably have to do the research on that. I'm sure the HIV+ person also knows the info on that.

abstinence is the only way. A condom isn't always foolproof as it can rip, tear, etc.  Is it really worth it to risk one's life just for 2 minutes of bliss?

There are other ways to show that you love someone: make dinner, go on a picnic, write a poem, go to the movies, share hobbies, interests, etc.

The only way this can be cured is if people take responsibility for their own actions.
