How to have s**y legs??? what kind of exercises can i do???

i have fat on my legs, but my belly is totally perfect.........please help ........what kind of exerices can i do .....i dont want to workout

  2. Well what do you consider s**y ??? Some people consider slim as s**y .. some muscular !!!!! A lil fat isn't bad but if you want to tone up ... just walking will help ... make sure you walk a mile or more a day .... get one of those step counters ... 10,000 steps is ideal for a day ... Also squats are great for your legs and butt.... jump roping ....bicycling .....

    the only way to tone your leg and upper thighs is well...running....and alot of it. but good luck on not working out!

  4. So let me get this straight, you don't want to workout but you want to know what excercises to do?

    Well... you can go jogging or power-walking... unless those count as "workouts." In that case, I've got nothing.

  5. Go hiking.

    Ride a bike.

    Walk everyday.

    Move your legs!.

  6. Lunges, stairs, treadmill with incline, bike, swim.  Balance 5 lb weights on each shoulder and stand on tip toe.  No pain, no gain.

    if you dont want to work out because you dont like it, maybe thats why you dont already have s**y legs?  more movement, less food.

  9. Well you are going to have to do some workout. Best for getting legs in shape is jogging and walking. Just do this daily and cut calories and drink lots of water. Your legs will look great in no time. I did this and I lost my legs weight quick.  

  10. Try doing 15 reps of 3 squats (never bend your knees past your toes) with light hand weights. Depending on how loyal you are to the routine, you should see some results within a couple weeks.

  11. then you're screwed.....you're not going to have s**y looking legs with out putting the work in.  Chunky legs aren't s**y and skinny legs aren't s**y.  Toned legs are and this requires exercise.

  12. Walking and running has given me some pretty good looking legs =) It's the only way to build lean muscle.

    You really should workout...makes you feel and look great.

    *EDIT* I don't go to a gym and workout with heavy weights or anything, just walking uphill and intervals of running has sculpted my legs and made them more muscular and lean. You don't need to join a gym, just get out and enjoy nature with a walking buddy :)

    You don't want to do as much as Chris Hoy (have you seen his thighs?!) but a gentle 2 - 5 miles a day will give you toned legs.

    1. Hold 20 cards in your hands

    2. Squat down and drop one card

    3. Resume to starting position

    4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all cards are on the floor.

    Still not feelin' it?

    .....repeat steps, but this time instead of starting by holding them in your hand, keep them on the ground and just start picking them up.

  17. You're asking what kind of exercises you can do.. but you don't want to workout?? How exactly does that work?

  18. Doing exercises IS working out.

    For leg exercises, see my first source. (Squats are probably the best, and others will say so too.)

    You want to work your legs heavy (doing sets of 10 or less). This will require more effort, but it puts the muscle on quicker.

    Don't worry about becoming too muscular...that's very hard to do on accident!

    If you feel you have too much muscle, you ease back a little, and the problem is solved.

    Muscle is what makes your legs look shapely and s**y.

    EDIT: Running and other forms of cardio don't really make legs look shapely (with the exception of perhaps biking). These are fat burning workouts, and can help make the s**y muscle show through better. But don't expect to build shapely s**y muscle just by running. Many marathon runners have really skinny lean legs...it actually looks funny.

  19. 1. Diet is everything in bodybuilding/sculpting.

    You can exercise all you want, but if you eat like a fatty, you'll look like a fatty.

    Eat high protein foods, eat fat free or low fat foods, lots of peanuts, beans, carrots, broccoli, spinach, etc. and healthy foods. Your a girl right? STAY AWAY from fatty foods.

    EAT A LOT OF FOOD THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. DONT EAT JUST A LITTLE. OTHERWISE IF YOU STOP EATING ENOUGH YOUR BODY WILL EAT AWAY AT YOUR MUSCLE AND YOU WONT HAVE s**y LEGS, BUT BONY UGLY ONES.

    As for exercises, squats, running/jogging, leg presses. Just get out and get active. Anything involving your legs will work.

    I'm a guy and just doing soccer + Football made my hams and Gastraucnemiuses huge.

    Just get active. Seriously.

    WEIGHTLIFTING BUILDS MUSCLE. Jogging, running, Swimming, activities like that TONE MUSCLE.

    LEARN YOUR FACTS KIDDIES.

    YOU HAVE TO WANT IT. BREAK A SWEAT. If you put little or no effort into it, you will NEVER see results.

    Yeah, go play soccer or softball for girls. You'll see results VERY, VERY fast. Trust me, my friend has some s**y *** legs now. Wooo boy I see those babies every day...

    You don't have to have a gym to get fit. Go run in your neighborhood, runthe lake, run whatever. go the extra mile, run up and down the stairs. Carry something heavy and run with it. Do stuff.

    Oh yeah, and go swimming. Do a swimming sport, swim across the pool (using swim styles that use a lot of legs, like butterflies and breath strokes)
