How to have spouchy lips if it's thin?

i have thin lips.. what would i do or put on my lips so that it'll look naturally spouchy just like angelina jolie's?

there are some lip glosses which pump up the lips. Tey tingle. But actually there is nothing non-surgical that could help.

First off all, "spouchy" is my new favorite word of the day.

Secondly, you will probably never have lips quite as monstrously huge as Angelina's, but you can make the most of what you've got.

Start by applying a light layer of foundation and powder to your lips so that the color will be able to pop more. Then trace the INSIDE of your natural lip line with a nude-colored lipliner pencil. Otherwise you'll look like a clown.

Take a white eyeliner pencil and lightly outline the top of your cupid's bow (the dip in your upper lip). Then apply your lipstick.

Finish with a light coat of shimmery gloss. I would recommend using lip-plumping gloss; most of them actually do work, although they are slightly more expensive than regular lip gloss and you need to reapply often. The DuWop Lip Venom is the best.
