  3. Push ups on your knuckles is the best way.

    If you're new aspire to be able to do 20x of the following (non-stop for the full 100):

    - regular push ups;

    - arms far apart push ups;

    - arms close together push ups;

    - on your knuckles regular push ups;

    - clap push up (where you push off the ground, clap your hands, land, and go to ground).

    Start with five of each and work your way up.

    Heavy bag punching doesn't really strengthen your knuckles (with wraps and 16oz gloves). Don't punch walls like that other guy answered, that's extremely stupid and could set you back weeks.

  4. punch the wall but dont punch hard enough that ull break it there was a kid that did this he was crazy i tried it it works pretty good i box now so i dont need to do it no more so if u can take the pain do it

  5. go to a boxing gym and train there. You don't need to get your own heavy bag. Another thing you can do is ask the gym you are going to be training at if they have any old speed bags they don't use anymore or that the lining inside of is broken you can buy cheap from them. fill the bag tightly with sand. Start out very lightly at first and hit it will your knuckles and slowly speed up and punch harder. This will help your knuckles get harder.
