    You can only achieve this through attitude or higher blood pressure.

    Eat chocolate or energy bars.  Drink pop, not alcohol.  Get sleep and fresh air.

    Erections have a lot more to do with what you put in your body, versus what you do to it. Your...unmentionable, is a muscle, but your erection has to do with the blood flow to the blood vessels in the p***s that will cause it to grow and stay firm.

    If you smoke, drink lots of alcohol, don't eat a very good, nutritious diet, and the wrong foods, it will restrict blood to the blood vessels.
