How to heal a face cut fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

school is in 3 days and its a huge cut like 2 inches long and really red. please help.

P.S. it extremely noticeable you can't miss it.

keep it wet with bacitracin ointment . and also, keep it clean by washing the cut gently with some ivory soap 2 times a day and ointment. It should go down by then, but I can't say it won't be there.
