How to heal a fissure??

Question

i know this may be tmi, but after having 2 bloody bms i went to the doctor, i was tool i had a fissure/cut. and i was wondering how i can heal the cut? this started on friday, today is sunday and im still having the problem,.

so i and looking to see if anyone knows how long this will last, and how to heal/help it heal?

This is one of those things that kind of have to heal themselves.. Keep it clean, and maybe put some Neosporin on the fissure..
