How to heal a pimple?

i have a huge pimple on my chin and it hurts really really bad, i can hardly move my face without it hurting, is there anything i can do? i dont care if it goes away super fast but i want the pain to subside or something. any suggestions?

if you pop it the pain will go away, but there may be a scab after a couple of Min's after popping it. i would pop it then put some acne cream on it, that might keep it from having a scab.

I think the best way to get rid of you're pimple is to use some toothpaste and leave it on it for as long as possible.
