How to heal a wound?

What should I do to make sure that a wound I get heals as well as possible? I don't want it to be noticeable at all.

  1. Clean it with a disinfectant, hide it with clothing if possible.

    Bandage it if you can.


  2. Read and apply http://www.helium.com/tm/148271 to fix stuff.

    Sorry I've been doing this for years and while speed healing is possible there are always scars left.
