My lower back hurts what to do will it go away in 2 weeks or so?my back hurts when i run and jump i try so hard to do jumping jacks but it hurts so much and i cant run cuz my back hurts when i run i also play footbal and i cant run cuz my back hurts help help!please reply fast..

  1. Get one of those pads that can be heated and press it against your back

    it relaxes.

First did you hurt your back lifting anything,picking up something the wrong way,did you twist too hard, did someone hit you in the back while playing football? this is what you should be asking yourself, just wanting it to go away in 2 weeks or fast is not what you should be asking. i live in back pain everyday, and on a scale of 1-10 ten being the worst pain and one being no pain, i live with 8 or 9 on almost a daily bases, so please if you don't want to know what theses numbers feels like,then please start finding out what is the best way to protect and properly stretch the back before partaking in the activities you have mentioned in your question. oh and this has been 20 years not two weeks.think back smart and put heat on and do some stretches
