Whenever i make a burger at home i heat my bread baps in the toaster, they come out abit crispy, not as nice as mcd's ones. Whats the secret? I like how they are soft/squidgy/moist.

  1. LOL microwave

You could try wrap it in moist paper tower then heat it up

Now what i wana know is how does sonic make their burger buns crspy/soft/fried

  2. You need to butter the cut side of the bun and brown it in a pan.  McD's browns their buns on the griddle.

  3. Toast the inside of the bap... then blast in the microwave with the burger and slice of cheese in situ... if you are going to have raw onion slices, cucumber or lettuce put that in afterwards....

  4. grill them on the inside only...

to make it even better, take the bread roll, go outside, throw it to the birds. throw the burger in the bin and then go make yourself some decent food instead!

  5. grill one side only. usually the inside. put cheese on one side so it melts when grilling. yummy burger

  6. they have alot more water in them during cooking.

The closest buns to them are wonder bread buns.

  7. microwave

  8. Wrap it in a damp paper towel and microwave for 3 seconds after toasting
