  2. Put it in the microwave, or place the jar in hot water.

if your trying not to waste any place the entire jar(top off)

into a pot of warm water and apply heat(to the pot)

as the water rises in temp so will the mole.

  6. a mole?  Racoon is easier and better for you

  7. Mole in a jar is the base paste that must be mixed with chicken broth.  Take a saucepan over medium low heat and add the jar of mole. Add some chicken broth a little at a time mixing until smooth, but not watery.  Add sugar, semi sweet chocolate, and peanut butter to taste.

For one jar of mole, I add 1/4 cup white sugar, two Baker's semi sweet blocks ( about 1" square each), and 2 heaping Tablespoons of smooth peanut butter.  Add the precooked chicken parts and let them simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavor of the mole. Watch the mole very carefully as it burns easily.  Again adjust the additions to your taste buds.  Enjoy!

  8. I KNOW MY MOM DILUTES IT WITH CHICKEN BROTH AND LETS IT SIMMER.

  9. Pull the mole out by it's tail, pat dry w. a paper towel and put on plate. Heat up gently using defrost in the microwave. Remember to poke a few holes in it first so it doesnt explode.
