Ok my friend has an obsession for running the 2 mile and she is really amazing at it. Just recently she got a spot on our state college track team so I told her I would be her personal masseuse. Which of these massage routines would most benefit her at a race event:

a-massage;she warmup runs;massage;race;massage

b-massage;warmup run;race;massage

c-warmup run;massage;race;massage

d- massage after she's done with everything

Also what are some other tips for helping her with her running.

  2. D, when you get a massage yoru muscles are relaxed and think that your done doing everything so your more likely to get injuries
