How to help period cramps?

i have bad period cramps, i dont have a heating pad and i took a painkiller but it hasnt worked. any ideas would be appreciated !

  1. Try taking an advil.  And actually, believe it or not, light exercise can actaully help.  Go for a jog or a bike ride, it will really help.  Also try taking a hot bath, that works too.


  2. take Teen Midol/Midol.

    drink warm tea!

    oe excersising also helps!

    rub where is cramping not hard tho.

  4. As for me, I don't like taking drugs. I try to take as little of them as I can.   If I get bad cramps in public, I just suck it up and make sure I keep walking as much as I possibly can. Exersice really helps. If you have some privacy, laying down and giving yourself a mini-massage right where your overies are, that really helps a lot too.

  6. I use birth control, it has helped with my cramps along with other hormonal problems.
