  1. hey.

i have an almost equally bad problem to do with anxiety. I go red when i get asked to talk in class and when attention is drawn to me. i often feel nauseous and my palms also sweat. What i try and do is breathe really deeply over and over again. For some reason, this enormous feeling of calm comes over me. Also, if i try and pretend I am at home or am not in a nervous situation it seems to help to. Surround yourself with people you feel comforatble with. Don't get to anxious and i know its hard to do, because girl i know how you feel. I worry 24/7 and it does suck. Try and put things in perspective, give yourself some 'chill' time and listen to your favourite music. This always helps me.

Good luck hun and remember you are not alone. x

  2. There are so many of us that suffer from anxiety that know exactly how you feel so don't feel bad about it.  Its not an easy solution but you need to start by getting help.  See a therapist and don't think there is something wrong with it.  Some of the greatest people that ever lived saw psychiatrists and such.
