How to hide TV wires (LCD TV wall mounting) (plaster walls)?

How to wall mount an LCD TV to a plaster wall, what I really want to know is how do you get it to look like it does in the pictures; can anyone help me with this?

hey dude. what i did with the lcd i just got yesterday, i called best buy!

they do it 4 free i think, and i doesnt take long at all.

they will wire the things though the wall and all of you aplliances and consoles and what not will be on the entertainment center. it looks good and it is a simple job 4 them. i can give u a step by step maunual if u email me. then i will teach u how to do it by yourself.
