How to hide my resume from current employer on Monster.com

Is the only way to hide yourself from your current employer on Monster.com to remove all company names, dates of positions and schooling? Is the approach to hide oneself from the current employer the same for other job sites (i.e. career builder, hotjobs)?

If you just remove your name and post anonymously and remove the name of your current employer, that should be enough.  Those are the two items they could search on to find you among millions of resumes.  

Even if you don't post anonymously, it would be unusual for a company to try to see who is looking for a job.  What would they do with the information?
