How to hide the non important things on myspace?

ok so i see all my friends with really cool myspace pages and i have no idea how they get all that c**p off there page. the only this they have on there page besides there default and the info next to it are pictures of them and thats all...i envy them....so can anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!?????
