  1. Make sure you're playing the proper shaft flex; unless your swing speed is over 95mph, you can probably stick with regular flex.

The biggest thing would not be my words, but those of one Harvey Penick.  Loft is your friend.  Let the club do the work.

  2. You are probably trying to hit it like a fairway wood by sweeping it off the turf.  Treat it more like an iron and hit down on it, this should get it up in the air more.  If the shaft has a high kick point that will keep the trajectory down, but that isn't too likely as the manufacturers are trying to provide a club that flies higher than a long iron, and lands softer so they aren't likely to put a high kick shaft into the club.

  3. could be a shaft could be where you place the ball in your stance.the could be a designed factor in the brand club.they all have a little difference in designing and shape .

  4. Take a very, very close look at the shaft.  I answered a hybrid question yesterday and suggested the asker try the Adams a3 Boxer.

I did just that myself.  When I tried the a3 Boxer, I could not get the ball up to my normal trajectory.  Then I tried the oversized a3 OS Boxer and got the ball up easily.  Same regular flex, but the shaft on the OS better suited my swing.

If you really want a high ball flight, get a Cleveland HiBore hybrid.  It has a low flex point shaft that should help you get the ball airborne.  I play the Hibores myself, but wanted to demo the Adams

  5. yeah it could be ur shaft if u have a fast swing and a flexible shaft
