How to hold a car-wash?

Me and my friends are hoping to hold a car wash, we have all of our materials ready. We will clean the interior and exterior of all vehicles but we are stuck on planning the setting.

None of us a massive parking lot which can hold 5 cars at once, so I wanted to know some ideas of places that will let us use the parking area free.

Also, do we need a permit?

Any other tips will be appreciated!

Maybe you could try walmart? I don't know whether or not you need a permit though.

You do not need a parking lot. By law you can set up your car wash anywhere within the city limits and the cops can not move you on, providing you first get a permit from City Hall.

The form for the permit is number CW1-app1/53. It needs to be signed by a notary or lesser judge.
