How to hook up speakers to a tv?

I have sprite dolby digital speakers http://www.audioallies.com/GetItem.asp?Item=8300D+Black

thats the link to see them and i want to hook the up to my tv how do i do that

You should have a red and white Audio out on the back of your tv. Use RCA cables to hook these into the speaker system. If your TV has an optical output, then use that instead (you'll have to buy an optical cable). From there, follow the manual to choose the correct input to the speaker system. Some TVs will require that you go into the main menu and shutoff the tv speakers and set the audio output to fixed.

Looks like your speakers have built-in amplifier and Dolby decoder.

Connect the digital audio output from your TV directly to the speakers.
