How to host a suprise party.?

Okaii..well one of my bestfriends is moving like really far away

so im hosting a suprise party for him..but lol ive never doen this before..so ugh how do i do it :P??..were having a bonfire..

but like what else do i do for entertainment and what not..?? (no boose..i want him and others to remember this :P)

Sing songs around the bonfire, hand out the words on paper, snacks should be light; chips, pretzels, etc.,  maybe a cake, later.

Take pictures and make him a coullage or scrapbook to send to him.

The cool thing to do is get a picture of his face and blow it up to full face size.  Print up as many as the guests you have.  Cut them out carefully around the outer edge, and glue a tongue depressor wooden stick on them.  Have all the guests put them up to their face when the guest of honor enters the room.
