How to i delete adresses on my adress bar??

You know where u type in websites. Well i got some stuff peopel shouldnt see on it and i want to get rid of it. how?????

  1. Click on "TOOLS"

    Then click on "DELETE BROWSING HISTORY"

    Then Click "DELETE ALL"


  2. If you have Internet Explorer, Go to the top and click on TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS.  Towards the bottom of that new screen it should say HISTORY. Click CLEAR HISTORY and you should be go to go.

    If you have Firefox, Go to the top and click on "TOOLS" and then "OPTIONS". Click on the PRIVACY tab. There does not appear to be a CLEAR button so go towards the bottom and checkmark "ALWAYS CLEAR MY PRIVATE DATA WHEN I CLOSE OUT OF FIREFOX". Then click on the SETTINGS button and make sure BROWSING HISTORY is checkmarked.

  3. You need to clear your browsing history. If you are in Firefox it's called personal data.

  4. On Explorer click file then Properties and then clear history.

  5. if it is internet explorer go to Tools-Internet Options-General Tab-in the middle is a section about temporary files delete cookies and delete files. there you go!!!

    EDIT: if all you do is clear the history that will NOT delete your address bar sorry

  6. With browser open, press Ctrl + H and scroll through the history.  Highlight the ones you want to delete and press Delete.  If deleting all, then open Internet Options in IE and clear all files from there are use the Disk Cleaner Utility found under Accessories>System Tools.

    IE:

    Sep 1 Click Start on the desktop.

    Step 2 Go to Settings.

    Step 3 Click Control Panel.

    Step 4 Double-click Internet Options.

    Step 5 Make sure the General tab is selected.

    Step 6 Click Clear History in the History box.

    Step 7 Click OK when it asks if you want to delete all items in your history folder.

    Step 8 Click OK at the bottom of the General box to exit.

    Mozilla:

    Clear history by clicking the "Tools" menu, "Options", clicking the "p****y" button, and under "History" click the "Clear" or "Clear Now" button.

    or

    Press CTRL + Shift + DEL to open the Clear Data Window.

    Opera:

    Delete history by clicking the "File" menu, "Preferences", "History", and click "Empty now" button. In addition, users can check "Empty on exit" if you wish for this task to occur each time you exit the browser.
