How to i get my cockatiel to lay her eggs?

I dont know whats wrong she laid one egg and i think she might be bonding or something like that she barely eats and just sits by her egg she is not active like most of the time what do i do how to i get her to lay her eggs and get her out of bonding?

Yes she could be egg bound.  After laying eggs birds will take care of the eggs.  This could be what is happening.  I suggest that you find an Avian vet and fast.  There is a good chance that the bird is going to die.

It sounds like she is dying.  If you are going to breed birds you must learn about it first, before a bird dies.

She is not bonding.  She is egg bound.  That means she has not had enough nutrition to expel the egg and will likely die in great pain.  You may be too late to save her.  You can turn her upside down and put a couple drops of warm olive oil on her vent and see if that will help her expell the egg.   Without calcuim her muscles cannot push the egg out.  Too bad you did not have a cuttle bone for her and feed her crushed egg shells months before you let this happen.
