How to i get referral and how to i market my care giving agency? HELP

i'm thinking of starting a care giving staffing agency (for aging and adult) here in california but i dont know anyone who can and would give me clients and referrals. -_- pls. i need help .. who should i contact and how much percent should i give them?... any tips, suggestion or links would be greatly appreciated

You will have to get a few jobs before anyone refers you.  Get started today.  Then ask a reporter for the local newspaper to interview you about your new business.  Also offer to appear on the local tv station morning show at 6am. /
