How to i load songs onto a V touch?

i have a v touch and i try to load songs onto it...it doesn't work...then i try to go to itunes and it still doesnt work...if u r going 2 give an answer plez dont tell me 2 go on itunes or sumthing...how to i load songs without doing tht!!....plez answer step bye step pleaseeee....and thank u

go to windows media player, go to sync, and srop songs in there , and sync
