its like impossible for me to find out how!!

Do you mean like for your Profile Pic?

If you log into your account, you should be able to browse

for a pic from your Laptop/PC or upload a URL from somewhere like Photobucket, ImageShack, TinyPic etc.

Or if you mean just in your profile, upload a pic onto a server like Photobucket, ImageShack, TinyPic etc and put this code into your profile:

<img src="PHOTO URL HERE">
