You can only transfer a file via bluetooth if both devices have the capability to do so; however, if you purchase the software, you can transfer them to your computer.

Look for alternative connection like usb transfer or IrDa. it can be transferred through gprs and WiFi.

Transfer your pics from Bluetooth phone to PC then use cable / infra red if both have infra red. Alternatively, you may use USB cable connection if you can get the cable for the non bluetooth cell.
