  1. try expanding your throat as if you were yawning.

  2. well, either, chew on gum for a while

    menthol would be good.

    or

    make yourself yawn

    or

    put water in it

    or

move your haed rapidly from side to side, forward and back

one of them should do the trick!

    xx

  3. Get some hydrogen peroxide. Put your head on the side and put 10 to 15  drops in your ear. It doesn't hurt but fizzes and pops. Keep your head on the side for 1 minute and then tip your head the other way. Use a tissue to catch the gunk from your ear.

If this doesn't help, go to the doc because you might have an inner ear infection and it can send you deaf if not treated.

  4. Try going to a health store like Go-Vita and getting some ear candles. My friend has trouble with her Eustachian tube and swears by these. You light them with the unlit end in your ear and it lets all the gunk out. Sounds pretty weird I know but give it a go :)

  5. you have to hold your nose and fill your mouth up with air like you were making a funny face and like kinda push with the air.

  6. Close your mouth, pinch your nostrils and blow, the ears should pop. Good luck to you sir.

  7. This is caused by a change in elevation and pressure . You may want to get a balloon and try blowing it up several times, chances are the Eustachian tubes in ears have been blocked due to pressure.
