How to immigrate to the states?

Question

Recently I met a girl I'm quite fond of. We don't want to commit to each other just because I'm American. She wants to marry for love and so do I.

But I can't help but want to help her...she's smart, deep, affectionate, kind, beautiful and feminine. To tell you the truth, if I had a few months with her, I'd probably ask her to marry me (atleast I get that feeling). But I don't want her to marry me as a 'foreigner'....I want her to be an American and want me as another person in this crazy world.

I realize this immigration system is a bit crazy, and without letting her know...I just want to know what avenues she has available to her.

Other than marriage...what can a woman with an Engineering Degree do to get in the states? She has a few aunts that live here and she's in her mid-twenties. If ever the states needed people...they need people like her.

Anyways, please help me...help her.

she can come here on a tourist visa or find en employer willing to sponsor her before coming over. file for work permit, permanent residency- green card, then for citizenship. this is not a short process. it will take years.

her aunts here will not make any difference.

She can move to the USA if she were hired by a company there. Eventually she can apply to be a citizen.
