How to import Video_ts files into windos movie maker?

Hi, i need help importing my camcorder files into windos movie maker, they are " VTS_01.VOB" and "VTS_02.VOB" and "VTS_TS.VOB" and "VTS_01_0.IFO" and "VTS_01_0.BUP" and the last 1 "Video_TS.BUP" i really need help with these to import these into movie maker. Thank You
