Are you using the digital camcorder, digital or 35mm camera?

Different camcorder has different to down load the pictures.

Digital camcorder usually come with a software so you can install the software and use the ubs cable to down load picture to your file.

But if you use a 35mm camera's picture, you need to scan it with a scanner and down load it into a file. it is more complicated , and also depend on the scanner capability.
