get the national pokedex by seeing all pokemons > surf at sandgem town > go to pal park > save and reset with a gba pokemon game > press migrate not continue game at the start > go in pal park and talk to this guy > he'll let you go in and you go and play a catching contest with the pokemon you migrated > don't worry if you see a pokemon you migrated it and if you use a pokeball it'll catch the pokemon without failing

You have to get the national dex on pearl then turn on your ds with pearl in the top slot and sapphire on the bottom. You then go to the main screen and it should say "migrate from sapphire". The pokemon you migrate have to be in the boxes.
