Just try to make her notice that you are alive. Walk up to her and try to start a conversation. Maybe even slip into her lunch table and talk to her for a bit, and then get back to your table with the 'guys' so that you don't look like an outcast, lol. When your deep into a conversation, ask her about her relationships with other people. And then ask her out.
