How to improve blood circulation around eye area

Question

Any idea on how to improve the blood circulation around eye area? I mean permanently not temporary.

Im not sure if my eye blood circulation is not good recently. My eye isnt as bright as it looks in the past.

Oh, is there any foods to eat that can make eyes look brighter too?

Yawning is very good for circulation around the eyes, neck, and head. Practicing yawning until tears come fairly quickly can be very beneficial.

Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) and incorrect vision habits bring strain and tension to the eyes which can squelch circulation around the eyes and bring bagginess and dark circles.
