How to improve english in a place where is rare oppunity to speak english?

my family don't speak english ,my friend don't speak english, my neigbour don't speak english.

Listen to English podcasts (type of iPod song)?  or skype is cool too!  It's like the penpal thing.

Reading in English helps.

Books, magazines, ... anything you like, as long as it's in English.

It seems to be a very good way to learn a language.

Reading outloud in english helps a lot. That's how i improved my english. Just relax and it also helps if you put a pencil in your lips when you want to pronounce something (or so i've heard). And look up on the dictionary whenever you can't pronounce a word. That's what i do lol and it helps a lot. Good luck!

You should go onto a penpal site and sign up to get penpals. Then that way too you can get to know a lot more people.

watch movies in English (with your native language subtitles if necessary)

I read and watch television in my second language. It's important to hear it and speak it. Could you rent videos in English? Or read novels or magazines?

The pen pal idea is a good one.
