How to improve in english?

Question

i go to pre- IB and going to preIB grade 10 this year. last year in preIB gr.9 i got 60% in my english. :'( i really want an IB diploma, so what can i do???????????? to improve in english????????????

well i am reading a little...( this is very boring and hard for me...)

I'm an English teacher at an IB school.  Find material you love to read and dig in ( even if it's comic books- you have to start somewhere) Literature is a good model of how you should be writing.  Have someone proofread your papers before you hand them in.  Ask your teacher if there are extra credit opportunities.  He/she can guide you through the expectations of the class he/she is grading.  Also, let your teacher know how badly you want an IB diploma. :)

practice speaking, watch english movies, read english books, and do your homework.

You just need to study a little more. Also try to pay a little more attention in class. I'm going into 9th grade. please seriously consider my advice. Trust me it will help you at least get a c in english. Hope I helped. Good Luck!
