In 13 days my school will have a track and field meet ...... I'm Doing the following events : Long Jump , 100m , Relay and Shot put ... I Jumped 5m , Ran 12.05 and threw 12.6m.The coach's hold daily practices at lunch and during the day.... I would appreciate it if someone could give me some tips for each event that they have experience with . Some Work outs so that i could improve my overall talent ... And Also some Nutritious meals and snacks .... Thank You
