How to improve in track and field ?

In 13 days my school will have a track and field meet ...... I'm Doing the following events : Long Jump , 100m , Relay and Shot put ... I Jumped 5m , Ran 12.05 and threw 12.6m.The coach's hold daily practices at lunch and during the day.... I would appreciate it if someone could give me some tips for each event that they have experience with . Some Work outs so that i could improve my overall talent ... And Also some Nutritious meals and snacks .... Thank You

  1. stay hydrated and wear "breathable" clothes


  2. lots of protein but don't eat to much. P.E clothes and make sure to stretch. practice practice practice and congrats for making it to the meet!

  3. good hand offs is the key to relays

    (ive had bad experiences on nearly all of my relays and its really good idea to practice hands offs 20 minutes before the event)
