How to improve mile in 1 week?

In 1 week I will run a mile again. Today I ran a mile that was 6minutes and 45 seconcs. Last week I got 7 minutes and 29 seconds. So I know I can improve in a short amount of time. I need to know how I can improve my current mile in 1 week.

  1. You and Me are about the same. well to the best of my knowledge I got slightly faster by Eating better and Running any chance I got.


  2. just run a couple of miles everyday for practice...eating right can help a bit...it can make you feel better to..but dont go on a diet cause that'll just most likely hurt you and not help you.
