  1. In order to speak properly, there's nothing like listening and repeating. You have to be like a "sponge", a parrot or ... a baby. This is how you learned your mother tongue. So listen, listen, listen, and then repeat.

Now, how you speak depends on what you listen to. If you listen to soap opera, your vocabulary might sound a little "soapy". If you watch Bruce Willis' Die Hard movies, you might sound a bit too harsh. This said, for lack of better options they are good practice for your hear.

So, if you don't have native English-speaking friends, or can't spend time in an English-speaking country, try listening to on line radios or to watch TV channels (satellite or online).

Remember, training your ear is the key.

  2. what soap operas, and the news

  3. My english very poor in all way. So i use to read out the newspaper daily. I will read out at least 5 different topics/articles and during the reading you also can learn more english words. So you may try it.

  4. Practice with English speaking people. Watch English TV, movies with sub-titles in English so you can follow the words. There is really no substitute to speaking the language as often as possible. If you can be immersed in the language, that's even better.

  5. Immerse yourself in an English culture. Watch some television broadcast in English, try and imitate how natives of the language speak, listen to music in English - that will all help you become more fluent and you'll inevitably learn some new vocab words.
