How to improve my basketball, join the school team and grow taller ?

I'm almost 15,and am 5" 5' in height (average height in my country) and have started playing basketball since 13.I'm not a serious player,mostly play casual 3-3 half court games .Usually i only have a normal interest in basketball but lately i have a great urge to play and improve my game.Even so , i have many problems.

First , I suck.My dribbling is bad , so i cant do lay - ups in games only practices and also i cant really read the game so i move around the court without purpose.The only things i can do is shoot(which is inconsistent) and defend (this is something which I'm OK at).

Second,I have very low confidence and low self esteem.So, i dont have alot of confidence when i shoot so i hesitate alot even when im open and i get very beat up when i miss a shot(the feeling of letting down my team)which i usually do.Also, i not confident to drive to the basket so i just pass the ball to my stronger teammates and let them do it .Its only when i'm playing weaker opponents that i feel more comfortable.As a result of my lousy play , i get subsituted often by my friends.

By the way,I'm from Malaysia.So,our basketball is not as competitive as other countries.Also , my school does not have their own coach so we suck(even so i cant make it into the team)I have been wanting to find a coach to train me personally but its hard to find and i dont know whether coaches do that or if i have to find a team first.

I really want to improve and be more confident so i can be more reliable and maybe join my school team ?Also , i wanna be taller(6 feet is out of reach but maybe 5 foot 10 ?I have not been growing since 14 so i started to drink milk everyday since 2 months ago hoping it can help.

I know i have alot of problems(i know i sound like a pitiful person ) but i'm really quite concerned about them so can anyone help ?

    Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.

    Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.

    Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.

    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

    After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

    Carrots Fish Liver

    Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat

    Milk Cheese Apples

    Green Vegetables Potatoes Nuts

    Yellow Vegetables Almonds Bananas

    Peanuts Chicken Beans

WOW where do i start off  it sounds like u should play point gaurd b4 u start every game try to come in with the i;m gonna win mind set cuz da way it sounds your opponent is not beaten u you're beating your self for handles just try dribbling the ball everywhere u go so u can get use to the ball so when you are dribbling u don't have to look down and for your shots pick a spot on the court shoot ten times and try to make 8 or better which is 80% or better and 4 your height stop complaining i'm 5'10 nd jst turned 15 yesterday at da park this 19 year old came out he was about 5'5 or 5'6 he kicked my *** he was to quick he knew how to use his side he could lay it up with both hands he had mad handing and he was an outstanding shooter so if u want to get better practice pracyice practice
