How to improve my fantasy baseball team?

Question

12 team H2H, i need a SS and SP, should i trade Josh Hamilton in a 2 for 1 for a SS and SP, or Hideki Matsui and a Closer for a SP or SS, any suggestions will be appreciated, also is my team a contender

Whay do you have Orlando Cabrera? Trade for a real shortstop or pick one up in free agents, you got a good team but it always good to try to improve. Take advantage of the people who dont know a lot about baseball and rip them off in trades.

Hang on to Hamilton,and offer C.Crawford for J.Roll,(I'd add in Cabrera to the offer if he counter offers..)

As far as pitchers,just keep an eye on new guys coming up..

(For example:I improved my staff by snatching E.Volquez,and

Kershaw off of waivers.I like to target guys with high K potential.)

your team isnt that bad.  all you really need is a better first baseman and possibly improve your starting pitching.  their might not be anything to do because in my league im second only because the person in first has Arod, Ortiz, Manny, Hanley Rameriz, and Pujols.  so maybe your competition is really good because your team seems decent
