Question:

How to improve my flexibility ??

Please could someone tell me someway that i could quickly learn the splits within 7 weeks please if that's possible would be much appreciated :P

  1. stretch daily i;d recommend once in the morning and again in he evening and you'll gradually be able to do the splits

    for good stretches go on youtube theres alot of good streching vids

  2. It takes many months or even years to learn to become flexible and not the 7 weeks as stated. Hurrying the process shall lead to serious injury....mark my words. I have been in the fitness scene for 35 years now and can confirm that this must be a gradual process. Please don't try to fasttrack this.....promise?

  3. Yoga, pilates, or reflexology ( One Spirit book club has several

    books on the subject)

  4. stretch everyday for at least 2 hours. not continuously though. try taking breaks every half hour so your muscles don't get sore/tight.

  5. um try some leg exercises stretching, walking, jogging even, yoga's really nice and relaxing....if not try an aerobics class at the gym.... if you've been trying and see that you can't do it..... don't stress it ...not everyone is meant to do them.... you can actually end up hurting yourself really bad...
