  1. when you land push your hips forward

  2. What helps me land is after i flipped over i land on my strongest leg and pull myself up on that leg. =]  hope this helps!

  3. When you land try to land with your feet as close to your head as possible. That way it will be easier to stand up. I recommend doing it on the floor because there hard to do on the tramp and it's not stable.

  4. It will be hard to recover on a trampoline because the bounce you get from landing pushes you in the opposite direction so try it on the floor. Also, try working on backbends and recovers. When you are in a back bend, rock 3 times (shift your wieght from your hand to your feet) and each time your wieght is in your feet try to bring your hands a little bit off the floor. On your third rock, make it big, put your wieght in your feet, push your hips forward, and keep you legs straight. With practice this will become easy and fluid. When recovering from a walkover, you should be on one foot with your front foot pointed. This will also come with time and practice.

    Hope this helps :)
