  1. Keep practicing your kicks. Also, do excercises that increase your leg power and make your kicks faster, such as running. It's also good to stretch to increase your flexibility so that you can pull off higher kicks to the head more easily. Also, in taekwondo, we learn that using your hips can give a kick a lot more power, and it definitely does.

    Oh yeah, a good kick relies a lot on your timing, so practice reactions and during sparring, try to look out for the best opportunities to kick. Using a kick can put you off balance, so if your timing is off, then your opponent could easily put you on your ***.

  3. No, it would probably hurt.

    Practice, practice, practice.  Get your speed and power up and your telegraphing down.  Use a heavy bag and partners.

  5. clown shoes ur not serious r u? no they wont help but they would make a nice accesory. Practice ur accuracy. Running makes u kick faster so keep running.
